The 2025 Master Plan

How to win next year

How’s it going my friend,

Hope you’re well.

2025 is just around the corner.

What you’re reading right now the last email I’ll be sending you this year.

So on that note.. let’s make this a good one, so you and I are both winning in 2025.

Let’s be honest, this year has been intense.

If you’re like me, you’ve given it everything—building, scaling, pushing through, even when you were running on empty.

But here’s the thing:

If you don’t take a step back now to recharge, you’re only setting yourself up for failure.

Working harder isn’t going to unlock the breakthrough you need to scale your brand and business.

What you need is space—time to step back, clear your head, and figure out your next move.

So, what’s my advice?

This New Year, hit pause.

Not just for a break, but to reset your mind and rebuild your energy. Reflect on what’s working, realign your priorities, and get ready to make 2025 your best year yet.

Here’s exactly how I’d do it:

Focus on the 4 W’s

The end of the year is the perfect time to think big about your life and business. The 4 W’s framework keeps it simple:

  • What:

What’s your endgame? What are you working towards? Get clear on what success looks like for you—and make it personal.

  • When:

Stop waiting for the "perfect" moment—it doesn’t exist. Choose your next move and set a start date.

  • Where:

Is your environment supporting you, or is it holding you back? Whether it’s your workspace, habits, or the people around you, align everything with your goals.

  • With Whom:

Who are you spending time with? Surround yourself with people who push you forward—mentors, peers, or a strong community.

Recharge—For Real

This isn’t about “taking it easy”; it’s about recharging your mind and body so you're ready for what's next. Here’s how I’d approach it:

  • Start journaling.

If you’re not already, this is a game-changer. It helps untangle your thoughts, track growth, and turn negative beliefs into positive actions.

  • Get moving.

Whether it’s hitting the gym, taking a walk in nature, or doing yoga, exercise clears your mind and leaves you feeling refreshed.

  • Disconnect completely for a few days.

Turn off your laptop, step away from social media, and spend quality time with family or friends. The clarity that comes from breaking your routine is priceless.

Setting the Stage for 2025

Your best ideas don’t come from relentless grinding—they come from giving yourself the space to think clearly.

Use this downtime to define what success looks like for you in 2025.

I’d start by mapping out a simple plan:

  • What’s one thing I can stop doing that’s holding me back?

  • What habits or systems do I need to put in place to make it happen?

  • What’s the one thing I want to achieve next year that would change everything?

Let’s dive deep into the gameplan..

Step 1 - The Self-Diagnosis

My Daily Non-Negotiables

  • Body - 8-10k steps

  • Mind - 10 pages of reading

  • Soul - 20 mins of mindfulness

  • Goals - 3 x per day (Reflect, Review + Reaffirm)

  • Content - 100 mins of content creation + 1-3 posts per day

  • Outreach - 30 mins of outreach (5 x new conversations)

Step 2 - The Intention

Oprah Winfrey was asked once why she was able to grow her network and empire so fast, her answer:

“We grew the Oprah Winfrey Network because we ran our business like a race horse…with blinkers on.” - Oprah Winfrey

You need FOCUS to get to $1m, so make sure you do this...

Define The Four [Five] P’s to $1m

  • One Person

  • One Problem

  • One Promise

  • One Path

  • [One PLATFORM (short form)]

Step 3 - The Vision

These are exercises I take my clients through.

Step 1:

What does your dream life look like in 1 years time? (Be SUPER specific)— map it out.

Step 2

The cheat code to changing your life, is finding someone or a collection of people that you relate to, are inspired by and think are living an impactful and meaningful life - and then reverse engineering how they got there by highlighting:

  1. Their skills

  2. Their character traits

  3. Their beliefs

  • Which key opinion leaders, thought leaders, niche experts inspire and motivate you?

    • List the people that you look up to an are inspired by.

  • What skills do these people have that you currently don’t - list as many as you can think of.

    • List the skills that these people have that you currently don’t have

  • What character traits do these people have that you currently don’t have?

    • List the character traits that these people have that you currently don’t have

Step 4 - The Goals

Define simple and measurable North Star Goals for each of these areas in your life - you can course correct throughout the year, but keep things super simple.

  • Faith

  • Family

  • Health

  • Wealth

Define your "Why" behind all of your goals.

What's driving you or motivating you to want these?

Step 5 - The Projects

Each month/week I brain dump projects under these headings:

  • Clients

  • Content

  • Pipeline

Prioritize projects based on LEVERAGE:

  • Client Success (highest form of leverage in a service based business)

  • Long Form Content (highest from of leverage for brand building)

  • Getting “closure” on conversations (making an ask for them to proceed further down the pipeline: e.g. offer a call, ask if they want help, send offer doc) “hunt the NO”

Step 6 - The Brand

Research and create mood boards/creative briefs to help define and create a unique visual style that sets you apart from others in your niche.

  • Brand Mood Board - Pinterest

  • Personal Style + Clothing

  • Favourite Creators

    • Short Form

    • Long Form

  • Fonts

  • Captions

  • Music/songs

Colours

  • 1 accent colour max

When the new year starts, don’t dive right back into the same routine. Start fresh—with clear goals, a smart strategy, and the energy to make it happen.

I’ll leave you with this…

You can keep doing what feels safe, or you can take the risk that will make all the difference. That choice is yours. It is your actions, and not your conditions, that determine your destiny.

ONE LAST THING:

I want to end the year by expressing my gratitude.

This year has been a good one for me and for that I’m grateful.

But it’s not the road or the destination on the journey that make it special— It’s the people you meet along the way.

This year:

  • I went from 0 to 12,000+ followers on Linkedin

  • I went from non-existent to the #4 ranked creator domestically

  • I’ve created many memories (personally & professionally) that I’ll cherish

And I owe all of that to two people

Me for trying. And YOU for supporting me.

Thank you for being there for me this year.

Thank you for.

  • Every like

  • Every comment

  • Every kind message

Most of all, thank you for showing up for me.

I promise to keep showing up for you.

Enjoy this time my friend. Happy Holidays!

See you on the first Saturday of 2025.

P.S. If you haven’t already..
