How to Accomplish All of Your Goals

Stop wasting time & effort.

Superior Performance Systems.

Hi friend,

Hope you’re doing well.

I want to you to know something;

The truth:

We don’t accomplish our goals…

If we do not have systems that take us to them.

“We do not rise to the level of our goals but rather fall to the level of our systems.”

James Clear

Health Systems

Start by getting your Body and Mind right:

The 80/20 Nutrition Rule:

  • 80% of your nutrition from nutrient-dense foods

  • 20% flexibility.

Also: Drink at least 50% your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water daily.

The 10-Minute Rule:

  • Commit to doing at least 10 minutes of physical activity every single day.

  • Build on it gradually.

The Circadian Rhythm Reset:

  • Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night

  • Sleep and wake up at the same time consistently.

If you accomplish all kinds of things in the material world but you lose your health or your peace of mind, you get little or no pleasure from your other accomplishments.

Systems to Accomplish Anything:

Get your Focus right:

1. The 12-Week Year:

  • Break down annual goals into 12-week "sprints"

  • Review progress regularly and make adjustments as needed.

2. Parkinson's Law:

  • Never give yourself too much time.

  • Work expands to fill the time available to complete it.

  • Always choose timelines that will challenge you to succeed.

  • Use the 10/90 rule:

    • 10% of thet time spent planning can save up to 90% of the time spent on the task.

3. The 5/25 Buffett rule:

To be as productive as Warren Buffett, follow this rule:

  • Write down your top 25 goals in order.

  • Focus on the first 5 goals.

  • Eliminate the other 20.

Discipline yourself to focus on the important goals.

4. Peak Productivity Morning Rule:

  • Dedicate the first 2-3 hours of each day to your highest priority goals before other distractions set in.

5. The Weekly Review Rule:

Set aside time to review

  • Your progress, successes, failures.
